Joint Relations Workshop 2012
Dear Southwest District Chapters of KKY and TBS,
The University of Texas at Austin's KKY and TBS Chapters cordially invite you to attend a workshop on Joint Relations between the two organizations. The event will include presentations by our two chapters, as well as sessions with folks at the district level.
The workshop will be on Saturday, February 18, 2012 in the Butler school of music at UT - Austin (see attached campus map for parking and band hall locations). Registration will be from 9:30 to 10:00, and the workshop will run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The event will be free of charge, though attendees should bring money for lunch in nearby restaurants.
Please have one person per chapter RSVP via this Google Doc by Saturday, February 11 stating how many individuals from your chapter will attend.
